Tracking & tracing during the entire process
With our AZO production control system, we enable you to continuously track and trace the raw materials and processes used, thus ensuring the quality and safety of your production. No matter whether it's the manual weighing of very small components or the automated feeding of mixers: With our production control system, you have an overview at all times of which batch a raw material used comes from and can trace it back.
The starting point for tracking and tracing is the product feed and the refilling of storage locations. Here, you are guided by the AZO production control system and receive a plausibility check by means of a barcode, which gives you the certainty that the right raw material is going to the right location. The raw materials, including their most important information such as lot number, weight and best-before date, are then automatically booked into the production control system and can be tracked and traced from this moment on through the entire further production process.
In automated production processes, such as weighing by AZO COMPONENTER® systems, the raw materials and actual weights, including the lot number, are booked automatically according to the first-in-first-out principle. In this way, the raw material batch is tracked through the entire plant to ensure seamless tracking and tracing.
Tracking and tracing is also integrated in manual processes such as manual weighing by our AZO MandDos, a recipe-controlled weighing solution with user guidance. The control system guides the operator through the weighing process and the weighing results are automatically posted. The weighing containers are labelled with a barcode and can thus be transported in a clearly identifiable way to the subsequent process, where they are scanned again and reported to the respective production line. In this way, a raw material remains traceable throughout the entire production chain, even in manual processes.
All the information right in front of your eyes
Our AZO production control system can be operated both centrally via a control room or by mobile operating devices directly from the workplace. Part of the mobile operating options are now not only smartphones or tablets, but also data glasses. Manual weighing systems, for example, such as our AZO ManDos®, can thus be conveniently operated from the workplace by voice control. This means that you always have all the important information at a glance and a free hand for the manual weighing of your raw materials.
