Optimised process reliability: The AZO COMPONENTER®
The linear design of the AZO COMPONENTER® offers automated processing of many components with maximum efficiency. By arranging the storage containers opposite each other in rows and using our own discharge and dosing units, we guarantee reliable discharge and precise dosing of all components. Our systems make it easy to weigh the raw materials according to the recipe, usually using the additive method, either into a container on a mobile scale or an automated guided vehicle (AGV). The compiled batch can then either be placed on a mixer or mixed homogeneously directly in the container mixer. This allows you to benefit from maximum process reliability and precise dosing for optimum product quality.
Full efficiency: The AZO ShuttleDos®
The AZO ShuttleDos® enables the fully automatic composition of recipes with numerous components, effortlessly processing up to 20 batches per hour and dosing up to ten precisely weighed components between 100 grams and several hundred kilograms. Top performance for your production! Thanks to the closed system with strict line separation and contamination prevention as well as the use of special mobile containers, we enable unmanned operation and significantly increase production speed. An optimised line layout with separate areas for different component sizes ensures maximum efficiency in your production processes.
