Automated mixer feeding

Automatic mixer feeding refers to the feeding of bulk materials, additives, ingredients and other raw materials in powder and liquid form using state-of-the-art process control and visualization technology. The goal is to automatically provide the right raw materials at the right time in the right quantity and tolerance for the right mixer. The mixing process and raw material feeding are directly interrelated. For example, the mixing process usually determines the type of feeding, while automatic raw material feeding is always a decisive factor for product quality.

Automated extruder feeding
