ManDos

The operator-guided, manual ManDos weighing center is useful when micro quantities such as colors, additives, ingredients, flavorings, etc. cannot be profitably automated. It is precisely these very small quantities that have a decisive influence on the recipe and must therefore not be added to the processing operation in an uncontrolled and undocumented manner. ManDos can be used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries. The functionalities of ManDos can also be used in Ex environments without any problems.

AZO COMPONENTER® Step

This system enables the automatic, gram-precise weighing of minor components such as pigments, colorants, flavors, additives and active ingredients.  The system improves product safety while increasing production efficiency by minimizing manual steps. It can be used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries. Especially in areas with high requirements in terms of hygiene, batch purity and product separation, the AZO COMPONENTER® Step enables compliance with strict industry-specific ordinances and regulations.

AZO COMPONENTER® in circular design – cost-effective solution for limited number of components

This system is suitable when a small number of components are to be weighed automatically. The storage containers are arranged in a circle above a collecting vessel. Each component has its own raw material-optimized discharge, dosing and weighing system. This allows parallel weighing processes and the feeding of several mixing lines. 

The AZO COMPONENTER® in linear design - Ideal for many components

If many components are processed automatically, a linear design of the AZO COMPONENTER® is recommended. Here, the storage tanks are arranged opposite each other in rows and each have their own discharge and dosing elements. These ensure reliable discharge and high dosing accuracy for all components. The raw materials are weighed in accordance with the recipe, usually in an additive process, weighed into a mobile collecting scale and fed to one or more discharge points (e.g. mixer or pneumatic conveying).

DosiBox® and DosiLogistic® | Economical solutions for frequently changing minor quantities

The DosiBox® is the best solution when large recipe diversity, many changing components and minor quantities are an issue in your production. The safe reusable container made of PE plastic or chrome-nickel steel, available in various sizes, meets all requirements for hygiene, cleanliness, operator and product protection, batch traceability and documentation.

AZO ShuttleDos®

The AZO ShuttleDos® is a state-of-the-art solution for the fully automated assembly of formulations with many components. It can dose up to 20 batches per hour with up to ten precisely weighed components in a weight range from 100 grams to several hundred kilograms. The closed system with strict line separation and contamination avoidance and the use of special mobile containers enable unmanned operation and increase cycle rates enormously. Optimal line arrangement with separate areas for different component sizes ensures maximum efficiency.

AZO RoLog® – Roboterbasierte Kleinmengendosierung von Schüttgütern 

Dieses System ermöglicht das flexible, automatische Dosieren von Kleinmengen. Durch die abgeschirmte Sicherheitszelle können auch hochkritische Rohstoffe ohne Bedienerkontakt dosiert werden. AZO RoLog® - Robot-based minor-quantity feeding of bulk materials

This system enables flexible, automatic dosing of minor quantities. Due to the shielded safety cell, even highly critical raw materials can be dosed without operator contact. With the help of the robot, a highly variable number of micro quantities up to 5 kg can be dosed fully automatically. Efficient resource management as well as high and constant recipe fidelity with complete batch tracking are further advantages of the AZO RoLogs®.

AZODOS® – Continuous dosing of powdery products

The dosing unit is used for volumetric dosing of powdery products in weighing and processing operations. It can be used in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and plastics industries to feed production processes with a uniform mass flow in coarse/fine flow. 

Supplemented by a weighing device, the AZODOS® can be used to feed processing processes gravimetrically. Here, the device can be used as a negative scale to feed small quantities into the downstream system with gram accuracy.

For continuous gravimetric processes, the AZODOS® is operated with the AZO®CONT dosing control as a differential dosing scale.

AZO vacuum weighing systems for large and medium-sized components

Vacuum weighing systems with conveyor scales are the solution for the economical automation of accurately weighed large and medium-sized components.

Feeding of liquid components

In many formulations and processes, liquid components have to be automated in addition to the dry substances. These can be fed accurately both volumetrically, using flowmeters, and gravimetrically with liquid scales in additive or negative mode.
