Anyone familiar with raw material automation knows that there is no universal solution for the storage and transport of bulk materials. Depending on the process and raw material, there are different aspects to consider. At AZO, we offer containers and logistics systems for every requirement. Our systems enable simple and smart integration of your raw materials into the production process and meet the highest requirements for hygiene as well as product and operator protection. Even toxic " meanies" and explosive "divas" can be safely stored, transported and automated. In addition, our systems offer you seamless tracking and tracing for your product safety.

Conversion of delivery containers into containers suitable for automation

Bags and other containers can be transferred into AZO BATCHTAINER® or AZO DOSITAINER® via feeding hoppers with integrated screens. Once the raw materials are in these containers, they can be integrated into the process automatically, cleanly and traceably.

AZO BATCHTAINER®

These containers are designed in automatic bulk handling as transport and storage containers for medium throughput quantities. They are very well suited as automation-capable, mobile storage containers for bulk materials delivered in bags. The bulk material is transferred into containers via appropriate transfer stations. Special advantages are the easy-to-clean, dimensionally stable design and efficient handling. Precise batch tracking is possible at any time. 

Container systems with automated guided vehicles (AGVs)

Logistics tasks in the assembly of raw material batches can be solved with AGVs (automated guided vehicles). The flexible systems allow optimal adaptation to the task.

Dry cleaning of containers and vessels

For internal cleaning of rotationally symmetrical containers and vessels with compressed air.

Can be used wherever dry cleaning is sufficient or wet cleaning is not possible. The smart design allows to automatically clean the containers contaminated with product residues inside.

DosiBox® and DosiLogistic® | Economical solutions for frequently changing minor quantities

The DosiBox® is the best solution when large recipe diversity, many changing components and small quantities are an issue in your production. The safe reusable container made of PE plastic or chrome-nickel steel, available in various sizes, meets all requirements for hygiene, cleanliness, operator and product protection, batch traceability and documentation.

Logistic systems for medium and large components

High-bay warehouses in conjunction with driverless lift trucks enable fully automatic handling of raw material containers during batch assembly. The lift truck brings the container to its predetermined place on the DOSINENTER®. With its radar system, the device orients itself to the reflectors placed in the room and places the containers in the feeding stations on the DOSINENTER® with millimeter precision.

Transport and storage container with dosing function

The AZO DOSITAINER® is a container with an integrated dosing screw. It is suitable as a transport and storage container for bulk materials at medium throughput rates. In automatic process plants, it is used as an automation-capable, mobile storage container. The integrated dosing screw allows accurate dosing in automatic weighing processes. The low-dust discharge of bulk materials from the AZO DOSITAINER® is carried out via a feeding station.
