Safe storage and reliable discharge

There are a few things to consider when storing and discharging raw materials. Is the raw material of the stubborn type, sticky and clumping? Or are we dealing with a free spirit that dusts and flows freely? Depending on the raw material character, there are different requirements. Does the system need to be ventilated or does it need a vibrating floor to discharge the raw material? Which surface design of the silo is best suited? Outdoor silos for bulk storage

Reliable discharge and dosing into conveying line

Vibratory trays are used for the safe discharge of powdery, crystalline, fatty and granular bulk materials from silos and bins. They allow the bulk material column to sink evenly in the silo and prevent chimney and bridge formation.

The product is dosed into the conveying line via the downstream dosing screw and fed to a scale, for example.

Feeding of multiple lines

A distribution agitator under the silo outlet allows the product to be fed evenly into several conveying lines.

Reliable discharge with the help of aeration trays

Aeration trays are suitable for discharging products that can be easily fluidized from silos. The discharge floor is aerated segment by segment and thus ensures uniform discharge from the silo or uniform feeding into the subsequent pneumatic vacuum conveying system.
